It's crazy to fold AA's preflop…I raise 5x's the big blind to represent that…so either I'm way ahead or I can steal the blinds

the only time you could consider folding AA preflop is in a satellite, where 1st-5th for example pay the same amount
6 players left, 5 of which are all in, then you could muck.

Folding A/A pre-flop can be a good play, but only in one specific moment.
Say that you are playing at an one table sit en go, where 3 places get paid.
Now the table shrunk to 4 players….including you of course
Chipleader has 7590 chips ( alot), you have 10 chip left (or a realy realy small amount), and the 2 other players both have a stack of 1,300(same amout).
But now all 3 of the players go all in pre flop in front of you and ur sitting there with A/A…………do not think but fold….why? I explain..
There is gonna be 1 player out after this hand for sure……. but you have A/A??? Yes, but also only 10 chips…and if u win, ofcourse 1 player went out, but u only have 40 chips and ur in exacly the same position as you were with the 10 chips. So why not fold it and be sure of the 3rd (moneypaid) place…… Because if 3plp get knocked out at the bubble at the same time the one with the least chips will be the bubbleboy and end up with nothing ,even if u had a better hand than the other 2 who got knocked out same time same hand….
And for the rest never fold A/A pre flop..

only in a multiway pot with many raises and it's not likely ur aces will hold against several hands thru five cards.
